01

Controller and contact

Seekrightly is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through Seekrightly.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@seekrightly.com.

02

What we collect

When you browse Seekrightly, our infrastructure may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs.

If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any listing details included in your request.

Seekrightly currently has no visitor accounts and does not collect visitor login credentials, payment details, or personal profiles.

04

Cookies and analytics

Seekrightly may use limited measurement to understand aggregate usage and improve the platform. Non-essential cookies or similar storage will only be used where permitted by applicable law and, when required, after consent.

You can also restrict cookies through your browser settings. Core browsing and listing features do not require acceptance of advertising tracking.

05

Service providers and transfers

Seekrightly uses service providers, including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database infrastructure. They process technical data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.

06

Retention

Routine server and security logs are generally retained for no longer than 90 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse, resolve an incident, or meet a legal obligation.

Contact messages and related details are kept while the matter is active and are normally deleted within 12 months after it is resolved, unless continued retention is required for legal or operational reasons.

07

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, receive portable data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise a privacy right, email hello@seekrightly.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Updates

This policy is effective from 15 July 2026. We will update it when our data practices or legal obligations materially change and publish the current version on this page.
