What we collect
When you browse Seekrightly, our infrastructure may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs.
If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any listing details included in your request.
Seekrightly currently has no visitor accounts and does not collect visitor login credentials, payment details, or personal profiles.
03
Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is used to deliver the website, protect it against abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain reliability. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
Contact information is used to answer questions, handle listing corrections, and maintain a record of the request. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding and, where relevant, taking steps requested before entering into an agreement.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for paid placement or third-party advertising.
05
Service providers and transfers
Seekrightly uses service providers, including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database infrastructure. They process technical data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.
06
Retention
Routine server and security logs are generally retained for no longer than 90 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse, resolve an incident, or meet a legal obligation.
Contact messages and related details are kept while the matter is active and are normally deleted within 12 months after it is resolved, unless continued retention is required for legal or operational reasons.
07
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, receive portable data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise a privacy right, email hello@seekrightly.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
