Seekrightly is a discovery and information service. It helps visitors compare restaurants and other places using structured listing information.

Seekrightly is not the restaurant, venue, booking provider, delivery provider, or payment provider. Any visit, purchase, reservation, or other transaction is between you and the relevant third party.

Use Seekrightly lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform or other people. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, submit malicious content, or misrepresent your identity or relationship with a listed business.

Do not scrape, copy, or systematically extract content at scale without written permission. Normal use of search engines and accessibility tools is not prohibited by this clause.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

Seekrightly curates information from businesses, public sources, and internal research. We work to keep listings useful and accurate, but information can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

Confirm important details such as opening hours, allergens, accessibility, prices, location, and availability directly with the business before relying on them.

Listing corrections and ownership questions can be sent to hello@seekrightly.com. We may ask for supporting information before changing a listing.

Business names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.

Seekrightly may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

The original design, software, structure, and editorial content of Seekrightly are owned by or licensed to Seekrightly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial discovery. No other licence is granted unless we agree in writing.

Seekrightly is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties about the completeness, accuracy, fitness, or availability of listings or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subject to those mandatory protections, Seekrightly is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by reliance on inaccurate third-party listing information, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
